About The Business Unit:

Loyalty section within the Product Development & Services Department is responsible for developing the Consumer loyalty & retention framework and metrics, and lead propositions and activities aimed at maximizing customer value and minimize customer churn across all customer segments

About The Role:

This role is responsible for the operations and the development of all Ooredoo’s loyalty programs. The role is also responsible to ensure that all necessary technical & business projects in order for Ooredoo to sustain a leading position in this area, to provide a distinguished experience to the members and to secure high engagement, at the minimum necessary expenditure.

About The Person:

You should have at least

• +10 years’ experience in Loyalty management with a telecom operator in the related area

• Demonstrate high level problem-solving skills combined with multi-tasking project management skills, as well as extensive experience to manage high-impacted projects.

• Proven experience in managing loyalty programs operations

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualification:
Minimum requirement is a Bachelors degree preferably in Information Technology or similar
