Ooredoo’s Business BU is a critical part of the company’s first line customer facing activities for all Business Accounts and has a significant role to play in long term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans. The department is responsible for leading and sustaining the growth of ICT as a B2B business line enabling expertise to sell and implement solutions. Manage and train the presales resources as a pool, though tagging them in specific platforms to increase product specialization and know-how.

This role is responsible for directing the development and evolution of ICT Product Portfolio Strategy and lead the implementation plan to deliver short and long term revenue and profit objectives. It is responsible for maximizing in-life portfolio profitability and managing the Business product and pricing development roadmap and ensure support from all stakeholders across the business. It is responsible for owning of all ICT product delivery and support processes and champion of user and customer experience.

You should have at least:

15 years' experience in a similar role.

Experience in defining and developing requirements for products and services within a technology company – preferably telecommunications related

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Engineering
