About the Business Unit:

Business Operations & Services is a major part of the company’s first line business customer facing activities and has a significant role to play in both the achievement of customer satisfaction & service delivery as defined in the annual business plans. Operational Excellence within Business O&S is a key function responsible for the following areas: 1. KPI Monitoring & Reporting across critical Business BU areas 2. Product/UAT Acceptance 3. Process Ownership 4. Cross-functional projects 5. Contract implementation 6. Budgetary Ownership for O&S Customer Experience role is critical to achieve B2B Customer satisfaction by owning the end-to-end Customer Journey processes.

About the Role:

This role is responsible to define, track, oversee and organize the experience of every interaction between a B2B customer and Ooredoo - The Customer 360.

About You:

You should have at least

• 5 years’ experience with at least 2-3 years in similar Customer Experience function within telecommunications or other technology-focused industries (experience within Qatar/GCC preferred).

• A strong commercial background in telecommunications and/or other technology-focused industries with hands on exposure to managing E2E Business Customer Journey.

• Knowledge of Customer Experience; the related processes, and change management.

• Experience in working in cross-functional matrix teams and a track record of being able to develop and introduce new business frameworks, systems and processes, and successfully gain adoption across the organization.

• Strong interpersonal, team working & communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum requirement is a Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar
