About the Business Unit:
Ooredoo’s Consumer business unit is a critical part of the company’s first line customer facing activities for all consumer product offerings and has a significant role to play in long term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans. The Planning & Analysis division is responsible for supporting Marketing BU to put in place annual business plan and strategy. This role supports the department to achieve its objectives.
About the Role:
This role is responsible to ensure company sustenance and growth in value using Customer Experience as a primary lever, create loyal customers such that the future performance is assured through viewing the operations from customer's point of view; be it the network, products, user experience or value for money. The role is also responsible to ensure that Customer Experience levels of Ooredoo reach a level where product price become non-relevant in customer decision making in choosing the brand.

You should have 12 years' experience in a similar role and atleast 3 – 5 years in telecom services in similar roles and up to 8 years or more in service industry
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Finance or Engineering
