About the Business Unit:

Ooredoo’s Consumer business unit is a critical part of the company’s first line customer facing activities for all consumer product offerings and has a significant role to play in long term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans. The Consumer Commercial division is responsible for the generation and management of all Consumer initiatives across all product and business lines for the organization. This division is responsible for minimizing churn, maximizing acquisitions, retention and spend of Ooredoo’s customers through effective management and direction of the overall B2C product management (Prepaid, Postpaid, Fixed etc.), Product development & Sales efforts.

About the Role:

Purpose: This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the product portfolio to drive the P&L of mobile Entry Value segment customers (pre- and postpaid) through the definition of value propositions, go-to-market activities and management of the customer base.

 Responsibilities: Support achievement of the segment revenue and profitability by proactively managing and fulfilling segment targets (Revenue, APRU, Gross and Net adds, Base, etc) and KPIs according to yearly budget and quarterly/rolling forecast. • Identify, develop and implement necessary plans and corrective actions accordingly. • Implement Entry Value Segment mobile commercial strategy covering for pre- and postpaid and mobile and data sim service for B2C customers in accordance to company strategy. • Develop a value based “more for more” driven proposition strategy by integrating mobile (prepaid and postpaid) and content/OTT/Gaming/VAS and other services. • Liaise and align with Product Development and Digital Team for partner management, contracts, integration, etc. • Monitor and track market development, gain customer and competitor insight by utilizing market research and analytics • Plan, manage and execute market communication plans (quarterly/yearly) cross segment wise in coordination with Brand and Coms, and sales channels. • Liaise with marcoms team to execute the communication strategy and key messages based on the value propositions • Ensure mobilization of frontline (Direct Sales, Indirect Sales, telesales and Customer Care) as integrated part of campaign kick-off’s. • Work closely with Go-to-Market Manager to ensure quality in launches • Work closely with Product Development Team, to ensure timely delivery of product launches of high quality. • Facilitates the adoption of digital transformation initiatives and customer journeys in coordination with Digital team • Manage NPS through quality product launches and continued improvement of existing customer journeys, process and products. • Monitor on a regular basis reports from Internal Audit and Quality Management to ensure compliance throughout the division with minimal deviations. • Ensure process and workflows managed effectively and regularly reviewed, in order to constantly improve levels of service delivery to customers.



About You:

8 years' experience in a similar role.

  • Work experience in Marketing, Product Management, Customer Value Management/Usage and Retention.
  • Significant experience from managing mobile Entry Value Segment (pre and postpaid) and track record of driving cross/upsell within and between segments
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Engineering
