Ooredoo’s Business Sales department is a critical part of the company’s first line customer facing activities for all Business Accounts and have a significant role to play in long term business value creation through achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans.

The post sales & customer support team resides within the business sales function with the purpose of ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction linked to the after sales order fulfilment.  The department supports the line sales with all after-sales processes with emphasis on adherence to defined standards, continuous improvement and faster turnaround time for Order Completion

This role is responsible to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction amongst the Business Customers of Ooredoo in partnership with the respective Account Managers through ensuring that the last mile implementation and technical complaints are fulfilled as per customers’ expectations in the sales delivery and order fulfilment process.

You shouls have at least 5 years of experience with a focus on business solutions in a Technical Solutions Support role either in telecom or vendor environment, at least 2 of which should be in a similar role. You should have knowledge of after sales support, technical aspects of the telecom solutions roll out (Fixed, Mobile, ICT etc), and technology service provision.

You should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management. Advanced degrees (Masters, MBA) preferred.
