• To contribute technical expertise and to perform a range implementation activities within the Company’s sites and installations which supports the development of Ooredoo Telecom’s GSM network.

• The Senior level will execute many of the same activities as the Junior and Mid level, but in addition, will typically work on more complex, larger and higher importance/impact projects. The Senior level will also typically be expected to deliver highly optimal results as a product of broader and deeper experience. 

• Execute acceptance of a system or sub system in Ooredoo Telecom’s Mobile Network.
• Report faults, collect data and anticipate to the symptoms.
• Provided support, trouble shoots, resolves hard ware (HW), soft ware (SW), and FW problems and provides proper tracking mechanism.
• Conduct feedback meetings with ooredoo Telecom staff and vendors.
• Support, coordinate and manage all actions with Base Station System (BSS) staff.
• Perform acceptance testing.
• Assists the manager to further develop the implementation methodology in order to enhance and tackle all the obstacles that may occur in the project during the implementation process. 
• Produce the complete site documentation with rack design layout with all details required.
• Provide full cooperation with the civil works - rollout team leader in order to follow all the project elements.
• Key responsibility in the upkeep of all installation, sites and equipment.
• Ensure implementation contractor compliance with terms and conditions of implementation contracts and delivery of service to required standards.
• Meet quality and performance KPI with supporting documents.
• Provide active support to other ooredoo Telecom departments.
• Ensure that upper management is informed on all critical issues pertaining to the area responsible for.
• Provides reports, make standard reports and tailor make them where necessary.
• Provide and manage support on special projects as and when assigned by seniors and superiors.

  Assists the management in developing and implementing procedures and standards that will provide effective workflows.

• Proactively take responsibility for self improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.

• Required 3- 4 years ofrelevant experience in Operations and Maintenance of GSM
• Excellent experience in Siemens Microwave ( SRAL) equipment  commissioning and acceptance
• Knowledge of the GSM standards
• Knowledge of transmission systems: microwave, fibber, leased line, PCM
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word etc.
• Good command of both written and verbal Arabic and EnglishValid and unendorsed Kuwaiti driver's licence
